  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • If your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

  • You must report such issues to our customer support team within 10 days of delivery.

5. Important Notes

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
